How do you do Turkey?

It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is just a couple of weeks away. I was doing some early Christmas shopping on my vacation last week. I can't believe the year is almost over!

The food shows and magazines are all starting to feature recipes and cooking advice for turkey -- the traditional meal for Thanksgiving, and for many others, Christmas too. I'm seeing articles on BBQ turkey, grilled turkey, various stuffing ideas, and lots of comments on gravy. The November issue of Martha Stewart's Living magazine has a wonderful brine recipe that I will share later this week.

How do you and your family prepare turkey? And if you don't serve turkey, what do you serve for Thanksgiving? I'll share some of these ideas as we get closer to the holiday.
